FROM THE 405 FREEWAY:
 

From the 405 Freeway take the Rosecrans exit west towards Manhattan Beach.  The Rosecrans exit is about three miles south of L.A. International Airport (LAX) and is located at what is known as the "South Bay Curve" of the 405.

Continue westbound on Rosecrans past Aviation Blvd. and the railroad overpass, to Nash/Parkway.  You will pass a shopping area on your left with a Bristol Farms Market and  Houston's Restaurant among other shops.  

Parkway is to the left.  Nash is to the right.  Turn left onto Parkway.  At the first cross-street, turn right onto Park View.  Proceed along Park View and turn left into the second driveway, which is the entrance to Manhattan Country Club. Go past the attendant kiosk and turn left again.  Our building address is 1334, the furthest building to the left.

FROM THE SOUTH BAY:

At the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Rosecrans, turn east on Rosecrans., heading away from the ocean. Continue eastbound to the intersection of Nash/Parkway. Parkway is to the right, Nash is to the left. Turn right on Parkway. At the first cross-street turn right onto Park View. Proceed along Park View and turn left into the second driveway, which is the entrance to the Manhattan Country Club. Then, past the attendant kiosk, turn left again. Our building address is 1334, the furthest building to the left.

PARKING:

Park in any available space marked "visitor", or, if there are no visitor spaces available, you may park in any space designated 1334/100.  If there are no available spaces with that designation, please inquire with the parking attendant regarding alternative parking spaces, or park curbside on Park View.  

Parking is limited.  However, if you have scheduled an appointment with Caves & Associates, we will make every effort to ensure that a parking space is available for you.

Do not turn into the parking area to the right of the parking kiosk, which is reserved for members of the Manhattan Country Club.

When you enter the building, turn to the left in the lobby and pass through the double door to Suite 100.  The receptionist will inform us of your arrival. If you have had to park in a space marked 1334/100, please inform the receptionist so that we can minimize any problems that may occur if the car of another tenant has been blocked.
